Death to the Witch

1. Is the Witch dead or temporarily gone? What is the difference? Why do you think this?

  1. She is temporarily gone because I saw the next movie and she isn't dead.

  2. 1.I agree with Korbin I also saw the next movie and she is in it.
2.If she is dead she can't return to life.If she is temporarily gone she can return to life.

  3. 1.I think she is dead, but she can be conjured up with magic. But it is somewhere in between dead and temporarily gone, not temporarily gone, because nobody ever finishes-or even tries to conjure her up again. The difference between them is that if she is dead she is gone forever, but if she is temporarily gone, then she can come back again.

  6. temporarily gone because in prince caspian she needs human blood to come back, then Edmund kills her before Peter and caspian had cut themselves

  7. I disagree with Caprice because she might come back because of a hag or some magic.

  10. I think she is dead. The difference between temporarily gone and dead doesn't really exist in a world where magic makes the impossible happen. If a witch dies, she could be dead but maigic can make her come back alive which makes a dead person only temporarily gone.

  11. I think Temporarily gone and dead because I saw the next movie and she comes back but in a wall of ice and she can talk. The difference is if she was dead she couldn't communicate with the prince.

  12. 1. I agree with Kendra and Korbin but I also think that when she got killed she was just temporarily sent away until she was summoned back into life and i also think that before the book the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe she was summoned by someone who was like Edmund.

  14. I think that she is dead, but I don't know because in the book it only says that Edmund helped RID Narnia of the white witch. The difference is that if she was dead, she couldn't come back. But if she is only temporarily gone she might come back. The reason I think this is because if your dad goes away on a trip, he will be back. If he is dead he won't come back.
